TERMS OF SERVICE

• Payment: 50% upfront deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval. Full un-watermarked files are delivered immediately after final payment is cleared.
• Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of minor revisions (color tweaks, text sizing, asset swaps). Complete layout overhauls requested after work has started will incur an additional fee.
• Turnaround: Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 days per thumbnail. If you require an emergency rush delivery (under 12 hours), a rush fee may apply depending on schedule availability.
• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable once design drafting has begun.
